Wealth Manager

Key Responsibilities:

o Maintain excellent communication with clients, understanding their

financial goals and providing tailored advice.

o Develop and sustain long-term relationships with high-net-worth

individuals, ensuring their unique wealth management needs are met.:

o Create and manage personalized financial plans for clients, keeping

them up-to-date and aligned with client goals.

o Manage client investment portfolios, recommending suitable products

such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, and alternative investments

based on comprehensive market research and analysis.

o Achieve sales targets and build a successful client portfolio through

direct sales and team management.

o Oversee and conduct market research to develop and implement sales

strategies, source new clients, and drive business growth.

o Lead the sales team, managing overall sales efforts, collections, and

gross margins.

o Gain complete exposure to product development, pricing, and launch,

ensuring that offerings meet market demand and client expectations.

o Provide comprehensive financial services to high-net-worth clients,

addressing their wealth management needs with expertise and

discretion.

o Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely updates and

adjustments to meet evolving financial goals.

Requirements:

o Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

o Over 5 years of experience in the financial sector, with a focus on

direct sales and team management.

o Proven track record of serving high-net-worth individuals and

understanding their specific financial needs.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

build and maintain client relationships.

o Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
