Job Summary
We are looking for a US Voice & Chat Sales Representative to handle customer interactions, identify sales opportunities, and support client acquisition through professional communication and effective sales handling.
Key Responsibilities
Handle US customer interactions through voice and chat.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Identify sales opportunities and effectively convert leads.
Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Maintain customer records and provide relevant feedback to management.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline with 2–4 years of relevant experience in Voice & Chat Sales, preferably in a US process.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts.
