We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic relationships, and generate revenue in the real estate segment.
The ideal candidate will have 5–6 years of relevant experience in real estate sales/business development, with strong expertise in channel sales, client acquisition, relationship management, lead conversion, and revenue generation.
The candidate should be commercially driven, confident in client interactions, and capable of independently managing business development activities while achieving defined sales targets.
Candidate Requirements:
strong knowledge in Marketing, Sales field.
5–6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales / Business Development.
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
Ability to independently generate leads and close high-value deals.
Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, channel partner meetings, and business development activities.
