Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tour Packaging Sales Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the travel industry and experience in designing, pricing, and selling domestic and international tour packages.
Responsibilities:
- Create and promote customized tour packages (individual & group)
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing travel solutions
- Collaborate with vendors and hotels for cost negotiation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain after-sales relationships for client retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tour sales (minimum 1 years)
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations and itineraries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM software)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
