Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers to promote holiday packages, tours, and travel services.
Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Explain travel products/packages, pricing, and itineraries to customers clearly.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of bookings.
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate/12th pass with good communication skills.
Experience: Freshers/0–2 years in sales, travel, or hospitality industry (training provided).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for travel and customer service.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.
