ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a results-oriented Branch Manager to lead MK Gold's on our branch Lead and

manage a retail branch of Attica Gold to achieve sales, profitability, compliance, and customerservice

targets. Responsible for daily operations, staff leadership, inventory and cash control,

merchandising, and community/customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

 Lead branch operations: open/close procedures, cash handling, store appearance, safety and security.

 Sales & revenue: drive gold, jewellery and services sales; implement promotions; hit monthly/quarterly targets.

 Team leadership: recruit, train, schedule, coach, and develop sales and operations staff; conduct performance

reviews.

 Customer experience: ensure high-quality service, resolve escalations, build local client relationships and repeat

business.

 Inventory & asset control: manage stock levels, conduct cycle counts and reconciliations, enforce anti-theft

procedures.

 Compliance & reporting: enforce company policies, legal and regulatory requirements (precious metals,

KYC/AML where applicable); submit accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports.

 Visual merchandising: maintain attractive displays consistent with brand standards.

 Local market development: analyze store performance, gather market intelligence, identify growth opportunities

and community outreach.

 Budget & cost control: manage branch P&L drivers (labor, shrinkage, expenses) and optimize margins.

Qualifications

 Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field

preferred.

 Experience: 3–5+ years retail management experience; experience in jewellery, luxury goods, or precious metals

preferred. Proven sales leadership and inventory-control experience.

 Certifications: Any required local licenses for handling/processing precious metals (if applicable).

Skills & competencies

 Strong sales and leadership skills; ability to motivate a team.

 Excellent customer-service and conflict-resolution skills.

 Solid cash-handling, inventory management and loss-prevention practices.

 Basic financial acumen: budgeting, P&L awareness, sales forecasting.

 Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.

 Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office; comfortable learning proprietary systems.
