Customer Support Executive
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Record and update customer interactions and complaints in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain proper documentation of customer feedback and complaints.
Meet daily/weekly customer support and service-level targets.
Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.
