📌 Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team.
🔹 Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calls, references, social media and networking.
Explain our real estate/farmland projects to prospective customers.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into site visits.
Coordinate and accompany customers during site visits.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups and daily sales reports.
Participate in marketing and lead-generation activities.
Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve business goals.
🎯 Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales/Real Estate experience is an advantage.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
💰 Salary & Incentives
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Incentives: Up to ₹60,000+
