Key Responsibilities
Product Promotion & Sales Execution
Promote and detail luxury skincare products to dermatologists, clinics, and wellness establishments.
Conduct structured scientific presentations and product positioning discussions.
Generate consistent orders through disciplined follow-ups.
Drive repeat business and improve brand penetration within assigned accounts.
Objective: Steady and predictable territory revenue growth.
Clinic Acquisition & Relationship Building
Identify and onboard new dermatology clinics and premium wellness partners.
Build long-term professional relationships with doctors and key decision-makers.
Reactivate dormant or underperforming accounts through structured engagement.
Maintain service discipline and timely communication.
Objective: Sustainable expansion of active clinic base.
Product Knowledge & Field Coordination
Maintain strong knowledge of skincare science, product indications, and competitor landscape.
Support clinics with appropriate protocol positioning.
Coordinate with Trainers for demos, CMEs, and in-clinic sessions.
Represent the brand with professionalism in all field interactions.
Objective: Trusted and credible brand representation.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
Capture competitor activity, pricing insights, and doctor feedback.
Identify emerging clinics and growth opportunities.
Submit structured weekly and monthly field reports.
Maintain accurate CRM entries and visit logs.
Objective: Clear market visibility and reporting discipline.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with logistics and stockists for smooth order fulfilment.
Track sampling and demo follow-ups.
Maintain compliance with attendance and reporting processes.
Objective: No operational gaps affecting clinic satisfaction.
Communication & Representation Standards
This role involves direct engagement with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and premium wellness establishments.
Therefore:
Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
The candidate must be confident conducting product discussions in English.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree (B.Pharm preferred)
