3. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage 2-5 calling executives,set targets, monitor calls, and audit quality.

2. Distribute leads by capacity,update CRM,track stages,and spot duplicates or missed follow-ups.

3. Handle premium or escalated leads, assist closing, and convert to orders, visits, or demos.

4. Prepare reports, coordinate with marketing, report lead issues, and escalate problems.
