The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team to effectively implement the foundation’s social welfare programs and community initiatives. This role involves planning, coordination, monitoring, and ensuring the timely execution of assigned projects, while maintaining team motivation and alignment with the foundation’s mission and values.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of volunteers and field staff to achieve project goals.
Support fundraising and donor engagement activities when required.
Ensure safety, discipline, and teamwork among all members in field operations.
