We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Manager to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and lead the telesales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Explain company services and solutions to potential clients professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for lead conversion.
Prepare sales reports, daily calling reports, and performance analysis.
Train and motivate telesales executives for better performance.
Maintain CRM records and customer databases accurately.
Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
Required Skills
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or telemarketing.
Knowledge of IT services, Cyber Security, or Software Sales is preferred.
Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
MBA is a plus.
