Job Description:
Urban Shelters, a renowned real estate company, is seeking proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through our property offerings. Your primary responsibility will involve making outbound calls to leads provided by the company and effectively following up with them to convert leads into potential clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Initiate outbound calls to leads provided by the company.
2. Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our properties.
4. Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
7. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns effectively.
8. Stay updated about market trends and real estate developments to better assist customers.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.
4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
6. Prior experience in real estate or related industry would be an advantage.
