📞 1️⃣ Pre-Sales Executive (Lead Engagement Team)

🎯 Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for students & parents—educating them, building trust, and driving them to attend CAREER KRAFTS webinars.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Call fresh leads (students/parents) and introduce CAREER KRAFTS services

• Explain NEET counselling process in a simple, confident manner

• Invite and confirm participation for webinars

• Follow up with interested leads via calls/WhatsApp

• Maintain daily call logs and CRM updates

• Build rapport and create urgency for webinar attendance

💡 Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication skills (English + Kannada)

• Freshers or 0–3 years experience (EdTech/Calling preferred)

• Energetic, target-driven, and confident speaker

• Ability to handle parents & students patiently

💰 Compensation

• up to 4LPA (Fixed Salary + High Incentives)

• Performance-based weekly rewards

💼 2️⃣ Sales Executive (Closers Team)

🎯 Role Overview

You will convert interested leads into paid customers by guiding them through NEET counselling and positioning CAREER KRAFTS as the best solution.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Call leads and educate the importance of NEET counselling

• Understand student score, category, and preferences

• Explain NEET counselling strategy & service value

• Handle objections and close sales effectively

• Follow up till conversion

• Maintain CRM and sales pipeline

💡 Ideal Candidate

• 1–5 years in Sales (EdTech preferred)

• Strong closing skills & persuasion ability

• Experience handling high-value sales (₹20,000–₹1L tickets value)

• Excellent objection handling

• Highly target-driven mindset

💰 Compensation

• up to 6LPA (Fixed Salary + Very High Incentives (No Cap))

• Top performers can earn 2X–3X salary
