Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain daily call logs and update customer records in Excel.
Follow up with leads to ensure closure of sales or collection targets.
Maintain good relationships with clients through polite and professional communication.
Achieve assigned call and conversion targets.
Excellent communication skills ( English).
Confident, persuasive, and good at handling rejections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
Good listening and problem-solving ability.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service will be an advantage.
