Role & Responsibilities:

● Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain loan products.

● Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.

● Maintain lead records and follow up regularly to ensure closures.

● Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.

● Meet assigned sales targets and deadlines.

● Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Fresher to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience.

● Strong communication and persuasion skills.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.

● Ability to work under targets and deadlines.

● Positive attitude, self-driven, and good at handling objections.

● 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
