Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote furniture products and services.Handle incoming customer inquiries related to products, pricing, and availability.Convert leads into confirmed orders through effective communication and persuasion.Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).Follow up with interested customers for repeat business and referrals.Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams for order processing and delivery updates.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Provide excellent after-sales service and build strong customer relationships.
