Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Telecaller to join our stock market broking firm. The role involves contacting potential clients, explaining financial products and services, and converting leads into active customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
Explain stock market services such as trading accounts, advisory plans, and investment opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain strong relationships.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM.
Stay updated with basic stock market trends and company offerings.
Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of stock market/trading (preferred).
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Familiarity with MS Excel/CRM tools is a plus.
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services preferred (0–2 years also acceptable for freshers).
