Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and leads generated through digital marketing and other marketing channels

• Understand the student’s academic background, work experience, and career goals

• Provide accurate guidance regarding suitable distance and online education programs

• Counsel students and working professionals on available education options

• Follow up with prospective students to support them through the admission process

• Maintain regular communication with leads until conversion

• Achieve monthly admission targets

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system

• Ensure a smooth and positive experience for students from inquiry to admission
