Job Title: Telecaller – Service Sales

Job Summary:

ASCO Motors is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller – Service Sales to handle outbound and inbound calls related to vehicle service appointments, service promotions, and customer follow-ups. The role focuses on improving service retention and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and service campaigns

• Handle inbound customer calls related to service inquiries and appointment bookings

• Promote service packages, AMC, extended warranty, and special offers

• Maintain and update customer data in CRM/system accurately

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling

• Follow scripts and quality standards while maintaining a polite and professional tone

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

• Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Prior experience in telecalling, service sales, or customer support (automobile industry preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)

• Customer-oriented with persuasive skills

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
