ASCO Motors is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller – Service Sales to handle outbound and inbound calls related to vehicle service appointments, service promotions, and customer follow-ups. The role focuses on improving service retention and customer satisfaction.
Make outbound calls to existing customers for service reminders, follow-ups, and service campaigns
Handle inbound customer calls related to service inquiries and appointment bookings
Promote service packages, AMC, extended warranty, and special offers
Maintain and update customer data in CRM/system accurately
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling
Follow scripts and quality standards while maintaining a polite and professional tone
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Prior experience in telecalling, service sales, or customer support (automobile industry preferred)
Good communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, calling systems)
Customer-oriented with persuasive skills
