Team Leader - Business Development

1. Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of advisors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and skill development.

• Conduct team meetings, morning briefings, and training sessions on market trends, products, and sales techniques.

• Ensure proper task allocation and efficient workflow within the team.

2. Advisory & Market Guidance

• Stay updated with stock market trends, economic developments, and financial news.

• Provide strategic inputs and support to advisors for generating accurate trading calls and investment ideas.

• Ensure the team offers high-quality advice aligned with company research and SEBI guidelines.

3. Client Management

• Assist team members in handling premium and high-value clients.

• Resolve escalations related to advisory services, trade execution, or client concerns.

• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Target Achievement & Revenue Growth

• Drive team to achieve assigned revenue, acquisition, and activation targets.

• Track daily performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

• Work closely with management to plan and execute sales strategies for business growth.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI/regulatory guidelines and internal company policies.

• Monitor quality of advisory calls and client communication to maintain ethical standards.

• Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and trade records as per compliance requirements.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs of team members and coordinate skill enhancement programs.

• Develop advisors’ knowledge in technical analysis, fundamental analysis, market strategies, and communication skills.
