JD FOR SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car care solutions.

• Drive sales of Ceramic Coating, PPF (Paint Protection Film), Interior & Exterior Detailing, Car Spa, and other car beautification services.

• Lead, motivate, and manage the showroom sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Ensure excellent customer service and a premium showroom experience.

• Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and resolve complaints effectively.

• Prepare sales reports and monitor daily showroom performance.

• Coordinate with the operations team for timely service delivery.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in automobile showroom sales or car care services.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of Ceramic Coating, PPF, and car detailing services is preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
