Sales Telecaller

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Generate and qualify new sales leads to meet or exceed targets.

• Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.

• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.

• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
