Handle inbound and outbound calls from IndiaMART & Justdial leads professionally.

Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by explaining products, services, and offers.

Manage client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer service.

Coordinate dispatching of orders with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries.

Assist in onboarding new clients, including HNIs, corporates, and tours & travel companies.

Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and lead conversions.

Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to generate business opportunities.

Handle escalations and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
