We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Associates to join our real estate sales team. As a Tele Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into qualified clients, and assisting the sales team in closing property deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a passion for sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries regarding property projects.
Present project details, highlight key features, and explain investment benefits to clients.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested buyers with the sales team.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer responses and market trends.
Develop rapport with clients to build long-term relationships.
Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (Real Estate experience preferred).
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in real estate, insurance, banking, or hospitality.
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and local language.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
