Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback

Analyze performance and improve team performance. Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members

Requirements:

0-2 years of leadership experience

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
