Sales & Marketing Executive

• Client Engagement & Presentation

• Prepare, organize, and deliver professional presentations to visiting clients.

• Communicate project details, proposals, and business offerings in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure updated information is reflected in client-facing materials.

• Attend client meetings and follow up on action points and outcomes.

• Business Development

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.

• Contribute to developing strategies to expand the client base.

• Conduct market research to support lead generation and competitor analysis.

• Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline & digital) to promote projects and services.

• Coordinate the creation of marketing content – brochures, digital assets, social media content, and promotional videos.

• Collaborate with the design and digital marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

• Coordination & Reporting

• Liaise between departments (sales, design, project execution) to ensure seamless information flow.

• Maintain records of presentations, marketing activities, and client interactions.

• Provide regular reports to the management on business development performance, client feedback, and project progress.
