We are looking for dynamic & result-driven Male or Female Sales Executives with 2 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in client handling, project explanation, site visits, and deal closures.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field work, telecalling, and digital platforms

• Explain residential or commercial projects to potential buyers

• Handle walk-in clients and give them project presentations

• Schedule & conduct site visits

• Negotiate and close deals professionally

• Maintain client follow-ups and CRM records

🧠 Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years experience in Real Estate Sales (Builder or Broker Side)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Must be familiar with Nalasopara / Vasai-Virar property market

• Confident, energetic & target-oriented

• Fluent in Hindi, Marathi (Basic English is a plus)

• Basic computer & smartphone handling (CRM, WhatsApp, Google Maps)

🕘 Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
📆 Sunday working may apply (compensatory off in week)
