Job Description

We are Hazardous waste management & recycling industry. We seek a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new market opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and building client relationships. This role is key to expanding our market presence and increasing revenue.

Key Responsibilities

-Opportunity Identification:

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer segments, and business opportunities.

-Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement business development plans and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

-Lead Generation:

Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, and CRM tracking.

-Collaboration:

Work with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure aligned strategies.

- Negotiation & Closing:

Lead negotiations for contracts and pricing to secure beneficial agreements.

- Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

- Reporting:

Prepare reports and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Strong market research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with relevant digital tools.

  • Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
