Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and achieve targets with strong focus on ROI
Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand customer base
Set objectives, coach and monitor sales team performance
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports
Identify market trends, new opportunities, and competitor activities
Promote high GP products and manage in-store promotions
Maintain company standards and a positive work environment
Requirements
10–12 years of proven sales leadership experience
Strong communication, influencing, and people-management skills
Excellent business acumen and industry knowledge
Self-motivated, innovative, and result-oriented
