Job Details (3 Lines)

We are looking for a Factory Manager with a Sales background and excellent communication skills to manage overall factory operations. Candidates must be from Delhi/NCR only (nearby locations); applications from distant states will not be considered. A 1-month training will be provided before independently handling the role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete factory operations, including production, inventory control, quality, workforce, dispatch, purchasing, and procurement.
Ensure smooth daily operations, team coordination, productivity, and timely dispatches.
Maintain operational discipline, reporting, and process improvements.

Requirements

Sales background with strong communication and leadership skills.
Good personality with a professional appearance; comfortable wearing formal attire.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Candidates should reside in Delhi/NCR (near Sahibabad/Ghaziabad) only.

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month.
