Kefas Furniture seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager with strong experience in the recliner and furniture industry. This role will focus on driving showroom sales, managing dealer networks, building brand visibility, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will understand both B2B and B2C sales channels, consumer behavior in home furnishing, and modern marketing strategies.
This position requires hands-on involvement in showroom merchandising, lead generation, sales forecasting, and campaign execution. The candidate will work closely with management to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence across the region.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with architects, interior design firms, or hospitality projects.
Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and local marketing execution.
Experience in multi-branch or multi-region sales operations.
Exposure to trade fairs, exhibitions, and product launch events.
