Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies to drive company growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.

• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of marketing principles and customer needs.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Goal-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
