Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products through direct visits to retail outlets and dealers in the assigned territory.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and key customers to achieve sales targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide regular feedback to management.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification.

• Experience: 3-7 years of field sales experience, preferably in retail or dealer network sales.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• License: Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike is mandatory.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Familiarity with the Sambalpur market will be an added advantage.
