Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Customer Relationship Executives to join our Credit Card & Personal Loan Telesales Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of telesales experience in financial products (Credit Cards/Personal Loans). You will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying their needs, and offering suitable financial solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Credit Card and Personal Loan products.

·         Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and terms clearly to customers.

·         Understand customer requirements and recommend tailored financial solutions.

·         Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

·         Handle customer queries and provide professional assistance.

·         Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions.

·         Follow up on leads from multiple sources to ensure successful closures.

·         Adhere strictly to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

·         Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales (preferably in Credit Cards / Personal Loans).

·         Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC) / Graduate preferred.

·         Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

·         Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

·         Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

·         Strong objection-handling and deal-closing skills.

·         Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

·         Salary Range: 15,000 30,000 per month (based on experience).
