Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with experience in K12 or EdTech sectors, especially in roles involving regional language audiences (Hindi/Telugu). The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospects, and driving enrollment/sales activities aligned with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads from regional markets.

  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and social platforms to engage prospects.

  • Explain Techademy’s offerings in clear and persuasive communication tailored to Hindi or Telugu-speaking audiences.

  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead pipelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools.

  • Support overall sales targets and contribute to monthly revenue goals.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in K12 or EdTech, preferably in sales, counseling, or business development.

  • Fluency in Hindi and Telugu (mandatory).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle high-volume outreach and follow-up.

  • Comfortable working in a Day Shift environment.

  • Ability to join within 2–3 weeks.
