🏘 Sales Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets for residential, commercial, or rental properties.

• Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, property portals, and broker relationships.

• Guide prospective buyers through the entire sales process — from site visits to closing deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Supervise the sales team, allocate targets, and monitor performance.

• Handle negotiations, prepare offers, and finalize agreements with clients.

• Please make sure legal documentation (e.g., booking forms, agreements, KYC) is complete and compliant.

• Monitor market trends and competitor projects to effectively position offerings.

📈 Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for new and ongoing projects (online & offline).

• Coordinate with advertising agencies, digital marketing teams, and vendors for campaign execution.

• Handle digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, social media, and real estate portals (e.g., 99acres, Magicbricks).

• Organize and promote site visits, open houses, and real estate exhibitions.

• Develop marketing materials — brochures, hoardings, emailers, videos, and presentations.

• Manage branding and public relations activities to enhance the company’s image.

• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance (ROI, conversion rates).

🧩 Strategic & Administrative Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects, legal, and CRM teams to streamline project positioning.

• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends, customer preferences, and location-based demand.

• Allocate marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient campaigns.

• Provide feedback to management on project development and pricing strategy.

• Report regularly on sales funnel progress, marketing KPIs, and revenue forecasts.
