Field Sales Executive – Finance & Gold Loan

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote Gold Loan and other financial products. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, and achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers to promote Gold Loan and finance products.

Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation process.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy.

Coordinate with branch and credit teams for loan processing.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Submit daily/weekly sales reports.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years in sales (Finance/Gold Loan preferred)

Skills: Good communication, convincing ability, and local area knowledge

Must be willing to travel within assigned territory

Telangana & Andhra Pradesh

Salary:

Fixed + Attractive Incentives (Performance-Based)

Reporting To:

Branch Manager / Sales Manager
