Sales Manager

We are looking for Sales Manager to join our team at Vivedaa, a premium skincare brand. The role involves driving zonal sales, expanding distribution, identifying new business opportunities, and executing Go-To-Market strategies. The ideal candidate must be dynamic, target-driven, and experienced in handling field sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new clients, distributors, and retail partners to grow sales.

• Present and promote Vivedaa products across multiple channels.

• Maintain strong relationships and drive repeat business.

• Lead field teams and ensure monthly/quarterly sales targets are achieved.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales reports.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of FMCG/Beauty sales experience.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

• Proven record of achieving targets and executing GTM strategies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced field role (9 AM–7 PM).

Compensation:

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month + incentives.
