We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in government and PSU sales, with the ability to build relationships, generate revenue, and close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new clients, especially within Government, PSUs, and public sector organizations
Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
Meet potential clients, present company offerings, and secure business orders
Prepare and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations
Develop strategic sales plans to optimize customer targeting and revenue generation
Manage and grow existing client accounts to achieve annual revenue targets
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective servicing and relationship management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns/projects
Maintain strong networking with Public Relations officers, Government officials, and campaign managers
Work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
