We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead our Solar Sales operations in Sambalpur. The role involves managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, developing market presence, and building strong customer relationships in the solar energy sector.
Develop and execute area sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance.
Generate new business opportunities through dealers, distributors, and direct clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews of the sales team.
Prepare and present area sales reports to management.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in solar/renewable energy/electrical products.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle a team.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
