Banaras TVS is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead its dealership operations, drive sales growth, and ensure excellence in customer service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive dealership management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of sales, service, and operations within the two-wheeler industry.
Oversee end-to-end dealership operations including sales, service, spare parts, finance, and administration.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales and profitability targets.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through high-quality service standards.
Drive business growth through innovative marketing initiatives and local promotional activities.
Manage and mentor teams across sales, service, and support functions to enhance performance and productivity.
Monitor and control inventory, financials, and operational efficiency of the dealership.
Coordinate with TVS Motors regional office for reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, statutory norms, and safety regulations.
Review and analyze MIS reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective measures.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, integrity, and accountability.
Graduate / MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Automotive Management.
10–15 years of experience in the automotive dealership industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Prior experience with two-wheeler brands (TVS, Hero, Honda, Bajaj, etc.) preferred.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, service operations, and dealership financial management.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office tools.
