We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Set individual sales targets and monitor performance
Identify new business opportunities and market trends
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Conduct sales meetings and performance reviews
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Coordinate with marketing and other departments to increase sales
Handle major customer accounts and negotiations
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
Ability to analyze sales performance data
