Roles & Responsibilities
· Responsible to develop new & sustainable specifier accounts for business growth in the assigned territory.
· Responsible to grow business from existing accounts and find out new clients in the respective region.
· Developing relationships across account development plan and relevant persona to achieve business objectives.
· Working together with channel partners on closing orders and coordination.
· Ready to travel in Tier1 , Tier 2 cities if required for Technical / Commercial closure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handling specification accounts (Architects, Consultants, Developer, PMC) and related institutional groups (Fire bodies, Govt. organizations)
· Conducting presentation on company’s solutions across relevant stakeholders and understanding competition activities and tracking business potential in assigned territory.
· Providing solutions and handling objections at all levels of sales cycle and supporting channel partners to complete business targets.
· Working closely within team on new products and technologies to practice sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
· Qualified engineer from reputed institute in civil or mechanical or fire engineering specialization.
· Past Experience 3-5 years in techno-commercial role among building construction vertical with industry knowledge into building materials
Job Function Technical Knowledge and Skills
· Must have a reasonable experience in handling architects, façade consultants, general contractor and developer kind of stakeholders.
· Excellent Temperament to manage multi-tasking activity.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Power point and Excel
· Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
