Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead residential and commercial property sales across Delhi NCR and Pune, with additional exposure to international real estate (Dubai market). The role involves driving revenue, managing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive sales for residential and commercial real estate projects across Delhi NCR and Pune
Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, references, and channel partners
Manage and convert inbound and outbound sales inquiries into successful closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives/consultants
Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning and lead generation strategies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Handle end-to-end sales cycle including negotiation, documentation, and closure
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines and company policies
International (Dubai Market) Exposure
Understand Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and investment opportunities
Handle NRI/Investor clients interested in international property investments
Coordinate with Dubai-based developers and channel partners
Assist clients with cross-border transactions and investment advisory
Key Skills Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Team leadership and management experience
Good understanding of Delhi NCR & Pune real estate markets
Knowledge of Dubai real estate is an added advantage
CRM tools and lead management proficiency
Target-driven with a proven track record of closures
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
2–10 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience with reputed developers (DLF, Godrej, Lodha, etc.) or channel partners
Strong network in Delhi NCR / Pune real estate market
Experience in handling HNI / NRI clients
Self-motivated and performance-driven individual
