Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Enterprise / IT Account Manager to drive business growth by managing key client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored IT solutions. The role demands a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, consultative selling, and technology-driven solutioning. Key Responsibilities • Manage and grow enterprise and mid-market accounts across assigned territories • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities • Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure • Build and maintain CXO-level relationships • Propose IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or digital solutions • Coordinate with OEMs, internal teams, and partners • Achieve revenue targets • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting Key Requirements • 2–6 years of experience in IT sales / enterprise account management • Strong knowledge of IT solutions • Proven track record of achieving sales targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders • Self-driven and commercially astute
