KW Group, one of Delhi-NCR's leading commercial real estate developers (27+ years, 3.9M sq.ft. delivered, 4,500+ customers), is hiring Sales Managers for its flagship projects — KW Delhi 6 and KW Blue Pearl.
Freshers and experienced closers both welcome. If you love talking to people, thrive on targets, and want to earn well in one of India's most lucrative industries — this is for you. Base salary is your floor, not your ceiling; top performers earn 2–3x through incentives.
What you'll do:
• Handle fresh leads (digital campaigns, walk-ins, broker referrals) and convert them
• Respond to leads fast and maintain notes in our CRM
• Schedule and conduct site visits — this is where deals close
• Handle objections with data: ROI, rental yields, payment plans
• Coordinate with channel partners/brokers and the documentation team
We're looking for:
• Strong communication in Hindi & English
• Hunger to earn and resilience (sales is a numbers game)
• Process discipline — follow the CRM, update your pipeline daily
• Graduate in any discipline (aptitude matters more than degree)
