Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager — Government Outreach & Business Development
We need not restrict the search only to a senior candidate. A capable junior or mid-level candidate with at least 3–4 years of relevant experience can also be considered initially. Preference should be given to candidates who have worked with a media company, advertising agency, digital agency, PR agency, production house, corporate-communications firm or Government-facing organisation.
The candidate should preferably already be based in Delhi/NCR and should be comfortable with:
Coordinating with Central Government ministries, departments, PSUs, autonomous bodies and institutional organisations. Attending pre-bid meetings, tender meetings, presentations and client discussions on behalf of Green Gold. Identifying relevant officials and decision-makers in Government communication, IEC, media, public relations, marketing and procurement teams. Generating appointments and business leads through calls, emails, references, professional networks and direct meetings. Following up on tenders, empanelments, proposals, campaigns and institutional opportunities. Presenting Green Gold’s capabilities in animation, CGI, VFX, motion graphics, animated explainers, mascots, comics, character-led communication, digital campaigns and branded content. Coordinating with our Hyderabad team for proposals, presentations, estimates, documents and submissions. Maintaining a structured database of contacts, meetings, leads, follow-ups and opportunity status. Representing Green Gold professionally at Government offices, corporate meetings, industry events and networking programmes. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and Hindi, confidence in meeting clients and officials, strong follow-up ability, and working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word and professional email communication.
An existing network in Government departments, PSUs, advertising agencies, corporate-communication teams or media organisations would be an advantage, but it need not be mandatory for a promising junior candidate.
