Role Overview

Drive the expansion of Kulhad Rani Café franchises by identifying potential partners, managing end-to-end franchise sales, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process—while upholding the brand’s eco-friendly and traditional kulhad identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Franchise Sales & Pipeline

• Generate and qualify leads for potential café franchisees.

• Present business plans, ROI models, and investment details to prospects.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.

2. Market Development

• Identify high-demand cities, malls, and high-street locations.

• Conduct market research on food & beverage trends to support site selection.

3. Franchisee Onboarding

• Assist in documentation, legal formalities, and agreement execution.

• Coordinate with design, supply chain, and training teams for store launch.

4. Relationship Management

• Maintain strong rapport with existing franchise partners.

• Gather feedback to improve support systems and operational efficiency.

5. Brand Promotion & Events

• Represent Kulhad Rani Café at food expos, franchise fairs, and industry events.

• Support marketing campaigns to attract new franchise investors.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 4–6 years’ experience in franchise development, preferably in F&B/QSR sector.

• Strong understanding of food service operations and ROI analysis.

• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
