Sales Manager

Lead and grow the sales of Kulhad Rani’s earthenware products—including kulhads, katoris, terracotta décor, and bulk custom orders—by developing new markets, building strong distributor/wholesaler relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy & Targets

  • Create and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans to meet volume and revenue goals.

  • Identify high-potential markets (hospitality, café chains, event caterers, export buyers).

• Channel & Client Management

  • Develop distributor/wholesaler network for B2B bulk orders.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, cafés, and retailers.

• Market Development

  • Conduct market research to track competitor pricing, new product trends, and customer needs.

  • Recommend product or packaging innovations to the production team.

• Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/representatives.

  • Set clear KPIs and review performance regularly.

• Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM for leads, pipeline, and order status.

  • Present weekly sales and market intelligence reports to management.

• Brand Representation

  • Represent Kulhad Rani at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

  • Uphold brand values of sustainability, authenticity, and quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Experience in B2B or FMCG/ceramics/earthenware sales.

• Strong negotiation and networking abilities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

• Excellent written & spoken English and Hindi/Marathi.
